Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy

Keystone Inspector Prep currently sells digital educational products, including study guides, practice exams, answer keys, and related exam-preparation materials.

Digital Products Only

Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, all Keystone Inspector Prep products are delivered electronically.

No physical product will be shipped.

Customers will not be charged shipping fees for digital-only purchases unless a product listing clearly states otherwise.

Delivery

After a successful purchase, customers will receive access to their digital product through one or more of the following methods:

• A download link displayed after checkout
• A download link sent to the email address used during checkout
• Access through a customer account, if available
• Another electronic delivery method identified on the product page

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address when placing an order.

Delivery Time

Digital products are generally made available shortly after payment is successfully processed.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

Download Access

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving purchased files.

Download access is provided to the original purchaser for personal study and educational use.

Incorrect or Missing Email

Keystone Inspector Prep is not responsible for delivery delays caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us as soon as possible with your order information so we can review the purchase.

Technical Problems

If you receive a corrupted file, broken download link, incorrect product, or otherwise cannot access a successfully purchased product, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement file.

No Physical Delivery

Because our products are digital, customers should not expect:

• A printed book
• A physical study guide
• A package in the mail
• Tracking information
• Physical delivery to a mailing address
