Keystone Inspector Prep sells digital educational products, including study guides, practice questions, practice exams, answer keys, and related exam-preparation materials.

Digital Products

Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

We do not generally provide refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Purchasing the wrong study guide, exam designation, or code edition
• Failure to use or download the purchased materials
• Failure to pass an examination
• Differences between Keystone Inspector Prep practice questions and questions appearing on an actual examination
• Compatibility issues caused by the customer's device, software, or internet connection
• Duplicate purchases made by the customer without first contacting us

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, exam designation, and code edition before completing a purchase.

Problems With Your Order

Please contact us if:

• You received the wrong digital product
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened
• Your download link does not work
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• You completed a purchase but did not receive access to the product

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, restore access, or provide a replacement file.

If we are unable to provide the product that was purchased, an appropriate refund may be issued.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with your order information so we can review the transaction.

Verified duplicate charges may be refunded to the original payment method.

Examination Results

Keystone Inspector Prep provides independent educational and examination-preparation materials.

Purchasing or using our products does not guarantee a passing examination score, certification, license, employment opportunity, or promotion.

A customer's examination result is not grounds for a refund.

Unauthorized Sharing

Digital products are licensed to the individual purchaser for personal study and educational use.

Refunds will not be issued when a purchaser violates our Terms of Service by sharing, redistributing, reselling, reproducing, or otherwise providing purchased materials to unauthorized persons.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law, Keystone Inspector Prep will comply with those requirements.
